Return process
When you shop with Thebiolockpro, you have the peace of mind of knowing that your products are covered by a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. This means that if you encounter any problems within 45 days of receiving it, you are able to Contact Us return your product, and ask for a refund/replacement. If your product is defective and you wish to qualify for a refund/replacement, we require a video that would support the issue being reported. 

Once received, our defective order department will review it & we'll gladly process the replacement or refund whichever is appropriate. In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please Contact Us with the following details:

• Original email/name you used when purchasing
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Detailed description of the "fault" and "damage" of the item
• Video evidence of the fault/defect of the product

Return conditions 

You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 45 days of delivery.

• We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

• Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your purchase, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake is made by us.

• Prior to returning the item, kindly ensure that the product(s) shows no signs of use and that all original package contents.

• We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

• If the item you are returning is valued at over $65, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. 

Order cancellation 

In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting in a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling.

We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of the order is“In transit” Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. 


Return address 

We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe. If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact UsOur customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours. 

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. 

When can I receive a refund for my order?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After that, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us. 

Lost or stolen packages 

We kindly remind you to carefully review and accurately input your complete delivery address before placing your order to avoid potential issues with delivery.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout and subsequently lost or stolen.

If such a situation arises, we will provide the delivery confirmation details, including the date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information, to assist you in any subsequent investigations.
