What shipping company will be used to deliver my order?


We work with UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx and Canada Post to ship all of our packages.



Is a tracking number provided?


Yes, we provide a tracking number for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.



How can I check the status of my order?

My order tracking shows no updates.


If your order has just shipped, please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update in the system.

If your order shows the 1st tracking scan but has since not been updated, then don't panic - the gap between the 1st and 2nd scans is 90% of the transit time. This does not mean your order is delayed.



My order says -Delivered- but I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?


In these cases, we recommend getting in touch with the courier or shipping provider ASAP - - they’ll usually resend your package the next working day or ask you to pick it up at their offices. If your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please follow these next steps:

1- Search around your door for a notice of attempted delivery.

2- Look around the delivery location.

To protect your order from theft or weather, some delivery drivers might leave it around the bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch or in another place where it can be protected.

3- Make sure someone else hasn’t received your package

It’s also likely a neighbour received your order or a family member available in your residence.



Can I cancel my order?


Yes, if you want to cancel your order, please tell us immediately within 12 hours.
